These terms cover use of this website and its free tools. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.

Effective October 6, 2026 for the relaunched website. This text describes how the site works today and is under legal review; existing customer agreements continue to apply as written.

Free tools

The calculator, checklist and website preview are planning aids. Their output is based only on what you enter and is not professional, legal or financial advice, and not a promise of savings, rankings or results.

No automatic engagement

Using a tool, emailing us or requesting a conversation does not create a client relationship. Scope, pricing and deliverables for any project are agreed in writing first.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to send abusive, unlawful or deceptive content, or to probe or disrupt the service.

Content

Site content is owned by Webwizards Digital, Inc. Client names and project examples appear with permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for decisions made from tool output or site content.
