Webwizards Digital, Inc. operates webwizardsdigital.com. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and your choices.
Effective October 6, 2026 for the relaunched website. This text describes how the site works today and is under legal review; existing customer agreements continue to apply as written.
Information we collect
- Email you send us. Your address and message, used to respond and kept for that purpose.
- Hosting logs. Cloudflare, our host, processes connection data (such as IP address and request details) to serve and protect the site under its own policies.
- Browser-local tools. The calculator, checklist and website-preview tools run in your browser. We don't receive what you enter unless you choose to email it.
What we don't do
- No analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site tracking.
- No sale or sharing of personal information.
- No marketing enrollment from a contact request.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept while needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then deleted on request or in periodic cleanup.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent. See Your Privacy Choices. California residents have rights under state privacy law; we honor requests regardless of whether a specific statute applies.
Changes
When features are added (contact forms, email delivery, the automated website check), this policy will be updated before they go live.
