Refund Policy

Refund terms are part of each client's written service agreement.

Effective October 6, 2026 for the relaunched website. This text describes how the site works today and is under legal review; existing customer agreements continue to apply as written.

Customers who engaged us under earlier published terms keep the refund and guarantee provisions in effect when they signed. Those provisions are being consolidated into this page; until then, email hello@webwizardsdigital.com for the text that applies to your agreement.
